My journey into community-centered digital education has been shaped by a combination of technology, marketing, project management, and community engagement. With a background in software engineering and a bachelor's degree in Information Studies and Political Science, I developed an understanding of both the technical systems people use and the human factors that determine whether those systems are accessible and meaningful to them.

My professional experience across technology, marketing, customer service, and project-focused roles further strengthened my ability to work across different environments, communicate with diverse audiences, understand user needs, and translate complex information into practical solutions. My MSc in International Marketing, software engineering training, and ongoing studies in Information Technology and project management have continued to expand that foundation.

Over time, one principle became increasingly clear to me: digital exclusion is rarely only a technology problem. It is also a human problem. People need information explained in ways they can understand, guidance delivered at the right moment, and practical support that reflects their circumstances.

That understanding led me to develop NAVIGATE and GROUNDWORK; two community-centered programs designed to make digital participation more accessible and meaningful.

NAVIGATE helps older adults build confidence using technology, access essential government and healthcare services, recognize online fraud, and stay connected in an increasingly digital society.

GROUNDWORK gives young people practical digital, financial, educational, and career foundations, helping them develop the skills and direction needed to participate more confidently in the economy and communities around them.

Together, these programs reflect where my professional journey has led me: using technology not simply to build digital tools, but to help people understand, navigate, and meaningfully participate in the digital world.
